Coming from a math and science ­ not a fitness background, Delaine once thought that exercise should be reserved for sports. After graduating from Georgia Tech and while working in the San Diego's construction industry, she stumbled upon kettlebell training. For the first time non-sport exercise made sense. She jumped in head first and has never looked back. Now, as Georgia's only RKC Team Leader, Delaine is committed to creating a safe, fun, efficient and intelligent method of training for the busy people of downtown Atlanta.
