Beginner’s Workshop – $47
February 25th will be the last Beginner’s Workshop in this format. Beginning March, the intro will be included in the first month’s membership for students who sign up for 3, 6, or 12 months and we will have a separate once a month workshop for people who just want to learn proper form to do at home and in drop-in classes.
In the beginner’s workshop, we will cover all of the basic kettlebell exercises so you will feel comfortable performing the exercises on your own or in a group setting. Workshop or personal training attendance is required prior to kettlebell class attendance to ensure you know how to safely and properly execute each of the fundamental kettlebell exercises. The last one is this Saturday February 25th at 11 AM. Space is limited, so please sign up on the site in advance.
Monthly memberships include unlimited classes (although I recommend 3x a week for most students.) Classes are held up to 6 times a day, 7 days a week and any advanced workshops and special programs (held periodically) are included for Monthly Members. New members also get a 2 week food log review from staff nutritionist, Jenn Purdy if they choose to submit.

After the introductory month, memberships start at $159/month.
After you have taken a beginner’s workshop or private training session, you may choose to drop-in individual classes. This option is great if you are visiting Atlanta from out-of-town, are an athlete who is using kettlebells for supplemental workouts, or are someone who uses kettlebells at home in and around Atlanta and who wishes to get more ideas for your workout routine. A la Carte Private Training Sessions
With a Condition Instructor: $79
Personal Training sessions are tailored toward the needs of the client. We can develop a program to help you reach your own personal fitness goals or help you tweak your form. Also, if you have never tried kettlebells before and would like more one-on-one instruction than is offered in a beginner’s workshop, a personal training session is a good option for you. One free class is included with your first personal training session. Customized packages are available that include personalized programming/nutrition counseling to reach your goals faster!
Functional Movement Screen with Correctives: $99
We use the Functional Movement Screen to find any asymmetries in the body as well as mobility and stability issues. After your assessments, corrective drills will be given to retrain the nervous system and repattern your movements. The nervous system is the governing system, most stable system, and the fastest system in your body. Your prescribed exercises provide a powerful pathway to making your nervous system and body smarter about movement. This neural training makes you smoother, faster, stronger, more powerful and coordinated. Targeting the nervous system allows for these positive changes to occur rapidly and permanently making you a better athlete!
