Return on Investment
Kettlebell training has given me noticeable results in a short time. I have gained definition in my arms, shoulders, back, chest, and legs. No other exercise has ever made me look or feel this good, and I've tried it all (regular weights, Bikram Yoga, Pilates, running, swimming, kickboxing). I love it because the movements are dynamic and natural as opposed to traditional weight-lifting exercises which always felt static and unpleasant to me. I actually find myself craving my kettlebell fix! I do gymnastics every so often to keep up the skills I learned as a kid, and I can't believe how much more powerful and conditioned I feel since starting with kettlebells. For me, the best part is that since the kettlebells work your whole body while giving great cardio, the time investment is drastically lower than any other form of training.

Kettlebells just work
Kettlebells just makes sense. Whether it's losing weight, gaining flexibility, mobility and strength or simply recharging your battery after the wear and tear of the everyday grind – kettlebells just work. They tap into regions of your body you never knew existed, and carve new grooves that you've always wanted to exist. They pump your heart, they challenge your muscles and they open up your joints to allow more free and fluid movement. Once you try kettlebells, you'll see that they just make sense. Oh, and they're fun!

Versatility and Functionality
Kettlebells are such a well rounded piece of equipment. They are so versatile, they are relatively compact and can be used anywhere, and they are incredibly fun to use. The combinations of drills are endless and the ability to juggle them and toss them from hand to hand can keep an athlete engaged forever; not to mention the strength, endurance, and mobility gains that they can help provide. I have yet to meet a piece of equipment that rivals the kettlebell in overall functionality, I started lifting mine a few years ago and have not been able to put it down since.

Benefits for Law Enforcement
As a law enforcement officer and trainer, I know the importance of training not just for general fitness, but to prepare you for working the streets. Kettlebell training will deliver more benefits than the traditional gyms have to offer in much less time. If you want endurance, grip strength, flexibility, body resiliency, power and strength, think about training with the kettlebell and think about training with Delaine Ross.
Delaine has the skills and knowledge to take you to another level. She can perform as well as give you outstanding instruction. I had the opportunity to work and speak with Delaine at the RKC (Russian Kettlebell Challenge) Instructor certification where she has assisted as an instructor. She has a passion for fitness, nutrition, and kettlebell lifting. She had previously worked for a highly renowned gym in Southern California, Iron Core. When I heard she was opening up her own gym in Atlanta, I thought what a great opportunity for people (especially law enforcement) to train with this proven tool, the kettlebell.
